These Website Terms of Use govern your use of the websites clientor.ai and c2r.ai and their subdomains other than the C2R.ai (Clientor) dashboard (the "Sites"), operated by the company that operates C2R.ai and Clientor.ai ("Clientor", "we", "us"). By using the Sites you agree to these terms. If you create an account or subscribe to the platform, the Terms of Service govern that use instead.
1. Who may use the Sites
You must be at least 18 years old to use the interactive features of the Sites, including the demo, the ROI calculator and our forms. The Sites are intended for businesses and people acting for businesses.
2. Content and intellectual property
2.1 The Sites and their content, including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, software and the design of the Sites, are owned by Clientor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
2.2 You may view, download and print pages from the Sites for your own business evaluation of C2R.ai (Clientor). You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the Sites, or use our trademarks, without our written permission.
2.3 Clientor, C2R and the Clientor logo are our trademarks. Other names and logos on the Sites belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement unless stated.
3. The demo
The interactive demo at clientor.ai/demoai is governed by the Demo Terms & Consent (c2r.ai/legal/demo-terms), which you accept when you start the demo. They explain the website research we do, the temporary demo phone number, the recording and transcription of demo calls, and how we may contact you.
4. ROI calculator and other estimates
4.1 The ROI calculator, savings figures, case examples and any other estimates on the Sites are illustrations. They are calculated from the figures you enter and from general industry assumptions, which are explained next to the calculator. They are not a quote, a promise of results, or financial advice.
4.2 Actual results depend on your business, your call and message volumes, your configuration, your staff and your customers, and may be lower than the estimate. Do not rely on an estimate for financial decisions without your own analysis.
4.3 When you ask for a PDF report, we use the details you enter to send it, as our Privacy Policy describes.
5. Testimonials and claims
Testimonials and case studies on the Sites reflect real customers' experiences, are published with their written permission, and disclose any material connection to us (such as a discount, credits, payment or partnership). Results described are not necessarily typical. Comparisons with other products are based on publicly available information on the date stated.
6. Acceptable use of the Sites
You must not: use the Sites unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights; submit false information or information about another person without their permission; enter a website into the demo for a business you do not own, work for or represent; scrape, crawl or harvest content or data from the Sites except through search engines that follow our robots.txt; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or our systems; interfere with the Sites, including by flooding forms, demo numbers or APIs; use automated means to create demo sessions or reserve demo numbers; or upload malicious code.
7. Links and third-party services
The Sites may link to, or embed, third-party websites and services (such as calendar booking or video). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT, ESTIMATES AND DEMOS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CLIENTOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITES IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify Clientor against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Sites, including information you submit about a business or person without authorization.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Sites will be resolved under the dispute-resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver provisions of section 22 of our Terms of Service, which apply to these terms as if set out in full, with "Agreement" meaning these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to use of the Sites after they are posted.
